Do I have to list all of my creditors or just the ones I want to discharge in a chapter 7 bankruptcy?

You are required to list all of your creditors in your Chapter 7 bankruptcy. All creditors are required to receive notice of your bankruptcy filing. If you qualify and decide to reaffirm and keep property you are financing, such as a car, the creditor is listed and a reaffirmation agreement must be executed and filed with the Bankruptcy Court while your case is pending.
