Been Sued By Palisades For An Old Debt? Fight Back By Reading This Article

To use an illustration, Palisades is like a country that starts wars, expects the other country to surrender, and is not normally prepared to fight the war. If you are being sued, you might as well fight back if you don't owe the debt, if Palisades can't prove it owns the debt, or if (as is often the case) Palisades has sued after the statute of limitations has expired.
